To start a return or exchange, please contact us via Instagram Direct Message within 14 days of receiving your order.

Important Notes

• Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
• Return/exchange delivery charges are the customer’s responsibility.
• The return delivery fee will be deducted from the final refund amount.
• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging and condition to be eligible for a return or exchange.

Refund Process

Once we receive your return request:

1. We will arrange for our delivery company to collect the item.
2. We will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return conditions.
3. Once approved, your refund will be processed through MyFatoorah to your original payment method.

Refund Processing Times

• KNET: 1–3 business days
• Visa / Mastercard: Up to 10 business days
